We issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing photos and a description of the damage.
- Incorrect Orders: In cases where you receive the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund upon verification.
2. Non-Refundable Items
For safety and quality assurance, we do not accept returns or refunds on:
- Perishable items, including sweets that cannot be resold once delivered.
- Orders that do not meet the eligibility criteria, including those reported after 24 hours of delivery.
3. Refund Process
- Initiate a Request: Contact us at customercare@spktsweets.in with your order details, reason for the request, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged goods).
- Review and Approval: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and may reach out for additional information if needed.
- Refund Method: Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect.
4. Replacement Policy
In cases of eligible refunds for damaged or incorrect items, we may also offer replacements at no additional cost to ensure you receive the correct product.
5. Cancellations
- Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of placing it. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
